Refund policy

We guaranteed quality and if there is something wrong with your order it must be reported within 30 Days and returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.


To help you as soon as possible leave us the Order Number, your Email, a brief Description and an Image of the issue: RETURNS

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Shipping
The Hooder will only pay for return shipping due to mistakes or quality issues.  Preference returns or ordering the incorrect size will come at the cost of the customer.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
